Jean Seide, 39, and Bilaine Seint-Just, 36, were arrested after their 3 children were found left alone at Eastview Mall. They are charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The children, ages 8, 6 and 1 month, were left unsupervised for 6 HOURS on a bench while they went to work in the mall. The 3 were found in an employee access hallway.
CPS was notified and the parents were given appearance tickets and will appear in the Victor Town Court.
