Macedon Police arrested Patrick Randall, 60, of Palmyra after the were called for "suspicious condition."
The person that called 911 feared that a driver was having a medical emergency because he was seen falling out of the driver's seat of his truck on West Street.
After investigation, it was found that Randall was hammered. He was arrested for DWI with a BAC of .25%
