13 WHAM - "A man from Albion was charged with sexually abusing an adult who was a client of the Genesee-Orleans ARC program.
The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Rome Santiago on sex abuse charges Tuesday."
"According to investigators, Santiago, who is an employee of the Genesee-Orleans ARC program, had "inappropriate and unwanted contact" with an adult client while they were out in the Orleans and Genesee County area.
Santiago was charged with third-degree sexual abuse.
Genesee-Orleans A.R.C. assisted and fully cooperated with the Sheriff’s Office during this investigation.
Santiago was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court on December 20 at 9 a.m."
